As the Director of Pac Blue Constructions Rick oversees bid management, systems and human resources, this role encompasses a wide range of strategic and operational responsibilities aimed at ensuring the companies success and compliance in all areas.

​​As Director of Pac Blue Constructions, Greg focuses on Project Management and onsite safety. He plays a pivotal role in ensuring that construction projects are executed efficiently, safely and to the highest quality standards. Greg is based primarily onsite.

​As the Operational Manager of Pac Blue Constructions, Tiana plays a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating daily operations, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards.

 Kaylee's responsibility encompasses a range of activities aimed at mitigating risks, and delivering high-quality construction outcomes. Kaylee oversees transport and logistical operations focusing on managing the fleet of trucks employed under Pac Blue Constructions

As Truck Allocator, Nik works closely with our Truck Drivers to manage day-to-day scheduling and sub-contracting requests. Nik also works to ensure we are compliant with local legislation, focusing on the safety of the public and our workers.

Jack is a highly capable machine operator and leading hand with 11 years of experience in civil construction, including 7 years’ operating heavy machinery. Jack effectively manages crews on-site, ensuring smooth coordination and adherence to safety and project standards.
